We're growing our newest product: Websites, by CreativeHydra.
We've seen the web evolve over three decades, and right now we are on a mission to solve a massive epidemic: millions of small businesses are trapped on slow, bloated, unoptimized page-builders — Wix, WordPress, Squarespace — that are killing their conversions.
Our front-end solution is sharp, fully-managed, and highly disruptive: a lightning-fast, hand-coded, custom website for just $999/year.
There are over 33 million small businesses in the US, and millions of them need exactly what we build. We will not slow down until we have made a permanent dent in this market using outreach sales.
Asynchronous Outbound Architect
Technical SDR / Hunter-Closer — with a path to Sales Department Head
This is a true ground-floor opportunity. We aren't looking for a passive task-taker. If you have leadership and management skills, this role is explicitly designed to evolve into our Sales Department Head — where you will hire, train, and manage a team of hunters across North America and beyond as we scale toward closing 100+ sites a month.

What You Will Do

Data Engineering & Prospecting
Use Clay to build cascading data enrichment pipelines, filtering local SMBs by their CMS tech stack and identifying verified decision-makers.

Multi-Channel Outreach
Reach targeted prospects via hyper-personalized email, telephone, and social media. No generic spamming — every interaction must be high-context and human.

The Full Sales Cycle
Manage the relationship from cold data to closed contract. Some owners will buy straight from the written offer; others will require a Google Meet walkthrough of their SiteScore data to close the deal.

Pipeline Infrastructure & Hygiene
Set up, warm up, and maintain our outbound email infrastructure (domains, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Smartlead/Instantly). Maintain immaculate pipeline data inside our Attio CRM workspace.
Tools Provided
We provide a world-class startup stack. You will receive a full Google Workspace account including direct access to Gemini Pro to supercharge your research, copywriting, and daily workflows. All core software licenses — Clay, Attio, Brevo, and outreach platforms — are owned and provided by the company.

Base Retainer: $800 USD/month
Guaranteed baseline to manage workspaces, tools, and domain health.

Uncapped Commission: $100 per closed contract
Every paid contract closed from your leads.

Tier 1 Bonus: $400 at 12 sales/month
Hit 12 paid sales in a calendar month (with a 10-day grace period) and unlock a $400 bonus. Total month: $2,400 USD.

Tier 2 Bonus: $1,000 at 24 sales/month
Hit 24 paid sales in a calendar month and unlock a flat $1,000 bonus. Total month: $4,200 USD.
Payments processed securely via Airwallex on a bi-weekly or Net-15 cadence.
